Office of General Services Commissioner RoAnn Destito will host a presentation and discussion of Governor Cuomo's Budget and Reform Message for Building a New New York. Commissioner Destito will present the Budget and Reform Message on Thursday, February 23rd at 1:00 PM at the Utica State Office Building, 1st Floor, Conference Room A.  The hearing is open to the public.
