Oneida County Legislator Ed Welsh, R-Utica, and his wife, Roma, serve Louisiana chicken and sausage gumbo to Technologic Solutions President, Tony Colon during the 19th annual Gourmet Guys to the Rescue event Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, at Hart's Hill Inn in Whitesboro. The event benefits the Rescue Mission of Utica.
Technologic Solutions President Tony Colon served at the table for the local Boy Scouts of the Revolutionary Trails Council along with Bill Garrett, Council Chief Executive and Rollen Miner, Local District Executive. The trio served up Asian pork and coleslaw which was declared the winner in the event's Best Entre Category.
